Near the middle of the territory is the den site. There's one large burrow in the main part of the area then there's four smaller burrows that surround the main one. The main den is very large with a entry that three adult wolves could enter at the same time. The main den is made up of a few large rocks and a large tunnel that leads to the four chambers underground. The burrows are just simply dug into the ground with one little chamber.

Re: The Main Den Site
Dream woke to hearing the others arousing. "Oy! Who's up for some hunting?" She barked, her bubbly side showing due to hunger. Her fluffy tail moved from side to side, quickly. The fae bounded out of the den and began sniffing yhe ground fir small prey or grubs. She took what she could have, she didn't care what is was as ling as it gave her a full belly.

Re: The Main Den Site
Chaos entered the area from the Elder Clearings, he looked back to see Night, he sat in the dew covered emerald grass a few yards from the den site and looked up at the sky. "It looks like it'll be raining soon, It's best if you sleep in the den, if you sleep outside the rain will get you." His voice was a whisper, yet still so calm and deep.

Re: The Main Den Site
Chaos smiled to the ebony female, and walked to the den peeking in tp see where each one was. Ominous was near Fenrir, which meant Chaos' burrow was open. He turned to Night and nodded, "Come on in, we can share my chamber." He stepped over the two wolves near the opening and went into his chamber.

Re: The Main Den Site
Chaos circled around a bit and lied his large frame on the ground. He smiled as Night entered, and yawned once more. "Don't worry Night, you're not disturbing me. We're a pack now, you can stay here." As he spoke his voice got quieter, he began to doze off. His deep emerald orbs shut slowly and his tail wagged lightly. Chaos was once more asleep and dreaming in his chamber.

Re: The Main Den Site
Chaos awoke hearing Night, he sat up seeing the small frantic female. He moved closer to her and nuzzled her, "Calm down Night, you're fine. And so is everyone else. Let's get some sleep." Chaos lied down and curled his frame around Night's frightened body. The russet male flattened his ears as he rested his head on his paws, his tail was on top of Night's swaying slightly.

Chaos placed one paw over Night and wrapped his tail around her tighter. He rubbed his muzzle against her's lightly and whispered, "It's alright, shhh. Calm down." The brute was soon in a deep sleep, his frame was curled around Night as she slept.

I just wanted everyone to get a more visual image of where others are. The green is out of the den, grey is the den walls and such, and the black is the walkable area (chambers, main area, tunnels leading to chambers.)

Re: The Main Den Site
(That's actually very helpful, Chaos.~ Now everything makes a little more sense.^^)
Genesis, the pup of golden fur and bright cyan eyes, began to stir and mumble quietly. With closed eyes, she smacked her lips and stretched out her little body. Her gaze then fell on Aurora, and she grinned with excitement as she thought of wakening her, but no. She didn't want to disturb her on the second day Gen's met her.
The pup, awake and bright, began to happily stumble out of Aurora's chamber. It seemed so odd that she once used to live in this den with only her mother, and nobody else. But now, it was full with a whole pack. She felt safer that way, though.
Genny crawled into the main area, and saw Ominous and an unknown male laying beside her. The pup flicked her sandy tail and sneakily crawled over Ominous, and then proceeded by trying to climb over the large brute. She suddenly got curious of him and watched as the side of his stomach raised and declined on every heavy breath he took, making her shiver slightly. Genesis then finally made it over him and exited the den.
Everything looked still and quiet, and it was quite peaceful indeed. She has always been an early riser, and late sleeper. A mist surrounded the upper air, and it was brisk and humid. Gen then began to trot 'round, and sniffing stuff. Well, what else could she do when everyone's asleep?

Re: The Main Den Site
Diesel hasn't awoken but it seems as though everyone else has at one point. The three year old he-wolf lies sprawled out in his chamber alone, it was wierd to him, he was used to Denali beside him. The large shadow canid slowly coils into a ball, his dreams flow vividly through his mind. Diesel flicked his ears and his body shook, the brute could picture himself with Denalie hunting down deer. He smiled happily, and his tail swayed, stirring up some dirt. It formed a dense dust cloud, making the wolf sneeze and wake up. He rose up and shook his pelt out, and tread out the den for some fresh air. He rested his ink black haunches onto the ground outside the rocky shelter, and soon saw a small moving creature. Diesel tilted his head towards the golden pup, then looked up, it was still dark and the clouds were growing dark. It was going to rain soon.

(lawl, who's 'not evil and just has keen eyesight' now? cx
and thanks for posting that! cx
AND, I missed FOUR pages D:)
Aurora slowly awoke hearing rustling still in the den. She got up, hitting her head against the roof. "Oof!" Aurora tripped over onto the ground, thank goodness the den's floor was a soft dirt rather than stone. She got up and shook out her fur, keeping her head low. She stretched out across the chamber while yawning, baring her long, blood stained canines. She looked around, the pup wasn't there.
Aurora's ears perked backwards, she had wandered out. The golden and creamy she-wolf pinned her damp, black nose against the ground and she searched for Genny's scent. She followed it from her chamber into the main area. Aurora followed it past the sleeping pack and outside, where she found the pup sniffing around. She smiled then leaped to the top of the den and waited for her to notice her.

Re: The Main Den Site
{thanks for posting that Chaos! I was kinda lost with where everyone was}
Soft fur and a delicate feminine body was now next to Vertrou. His dark brown eyes fell down to the fae who had laid down beside him. Vertrou could feel her gentle breathing, and he didn't want to awake her. He positioned his head lightly on the ground and stared out to where the opening of the den is.
Vertrou could feel himself falling back into drowsiness. It felt as if the darkness was pulling him down with it. But down to where? Down into the large dark pit he had dreamed about only moments ago.
Vertrou let his mind filter his dream. His nightmare. This horror that he wished would stopped. Why was he dreaming these terrible things. These creatures, animals. Why were they in his dreams? Why were they trying to kill him? Why did it always end in darkness? Was he afraid of the dark? Was this nightmare all about falling into an obis of black hollow emptiness?
Vertrou whined and let out a huff of air. This dream is so vague to him. He was so unclear of what it was. What it meant. Why it was happening. More or less, why now and why him? Why darkness?

Re: The Main Den Site
Diesel, the large black ebony brute, was seated outside the den. He was about two feet from the entrance, in the corner of his eye saw Aurora exit. He glanced towards the honey-grey femme-wolf as she jumped atop the filled den. Diesel glanced back towards the pup, his emerald eyes held the vivid image of the reflected moon. He watched as Genesis pranced about, sniffing any and all objects. He chuckled lowly, it reminded him of his puppy-hood. He noticed Ominous was playing earlier with the young, so maybe he could too? He crawled over to the young and bowed playfully swaying his tailed, he then rolled over onto his back.

Re: The Main Den Site
As Willow lied her frame against Vertrou, she heard him releasing low whines. The she-wolf quickly flattend her chocolate coated ears, they perked once more. Her folded ear twitched as she thought of something to do. Her pale blue optics stared at the males large body. She snuggled closer and nuzzled him lightly, feeling their fur lace together. She backed away once more and licked the brute cheeck. She wasn't sure what else to do. So she silently lied beside him, hoping he'd feel better soon. Willow's sandy colored tail swayed lightly, she rested her head onto her delicate paws and let loose a low sigh.

Re: The Main Den Site
Ominous, the small silver she-wolf, still lied near Fenrir fast alseep. Each night since the day her pack changed for the worst, she's had the same dream. A replay of the day she lost Apache, her and her brood running along the rapid filled river's shore line. Hearing a yelp, she looked back to see Apache fall. She yelled and their father pounced in after him. Neither of them came back... Soon after her mother died too, the pack crumbled to an end. She then just dreams of her deceased brother, Apache, such a brave and clever young wolf. Ominous missed him more than she could put into words. Her cerulean eyes soon popped open, and she lies still. Still coiled up into a bundled ball, not moving, she shut her eyes once more and falls back into her slumber.

Re: The Main Den Site
Aurora smiled and laughed as the dark hued male started playing around with the pup. There would be no shortage of wolves for Genny to play with. Aurora smelt the air again, though it was still dark, it still smelt of a spring morning. There would be many new creatures being born this time of year, so there would be no shortage of prey nor new dangers.
But, today would be a new day, with new beginnings and challenges. The pack was already doing good, but a pack must know their territory. Today would be the day when this newly formed pack would start exploring more of their land.

Re: The Main Den Site
Gen-Gen gave a low sigh, feeling the day beginning to roll out and awaken. Her ears flattened against her small skull, and her clear azure eyes with a cyan tint were focused on a bug, more like a stink beetle actually! The golden pup lolled out her tongue and made a face of slight disgust, yet with an expression of mischief combined with curiosity. With a small claw of hers, she began to poke at it, pushing it onto it's hard-shelled back. A small giggle was released from Genny, watching it attempting to position itself back on its few legs. Suddenly, one ear perked, and the other went erect. She heard something, or felt like something was watching her, or someone was watching her. The young femme squinted her eyes, and looked out the corner of her eye with a suspicious look. Until, her rare blue gaze landed on a female who was standing on the den's roof. Her eyes beamed with brightness, and she began wagging her tail, "'Rora!" she yipped happily. As she was about to stumble over to the female lead, something else caught her eye. A familiar black male with a mysterious look came out and sat around the corner, and then made a playful gesture.
Genesis' ears went up, and her tail gave a curious wag. The young timber then went over to the male to inspect, and then naturally fell into the play-mood. Her tongue lolled out once again, and she was prancing 'round the obsidian black male with piercing green eyes. Genny then leaped onto him, and made chuffing noises with playful growls, along with short giggles.

Re: The Main Den Site
Vertrou grew a worried look over all of these thoughts that fizzed through his head. He tried to push the madness to the side as he looked down to Willow. He new it was her from her significant chocolate brown ears and muzzle. Her delicate body was pressed close to his. He was unsure as to why the fae had rested up aside him. But he didn't mind the feeling of another warm body beside him.
Vertrou kept his head held up high and twitched his nose as he caught various scents nearby. He could smell the others. Fenrir, Aurora, Ominous, Chaos and another small wolf. He didn't worry too much about it seeing as it was in the den and Aurora clearly didn't mind.
Vertrou kept thinking of other things to keep his mind off the darkness. This fear that surrounded him. He felt sick thinking about it. About the creature. About the desert. About the pitch black obis that had swallowed him and left him falling forever. But it wasn't forever. He had awoken. If he hadn't, he may have fallen in a trance. "Stop thinking about it." Vertrou told himself in a whisper. He blinked timelessly and breathed heavily. The air felt thick to him and his stomach began to churn. He needed to move. He needed to get out of this cave. He felt as if the walls were getting closer and closer and closer until they would finally be able to squish him and he would break into millions of tiny pieces, no bigger than a grain of sand.
Vertrou stood. He moved away from Willow, away from the chamber. His paws slowly touched the dust below. He could feel himself getting dizzy and he felt as if he was loosing focus. But he kept moving. Vertrou walked out the den and began panting heavily, as if he had just climbed the tallest mountain in the world. He sat down just to the side of the den and clenched his teeth. Tears fell down from his brown optics, onto the ground and he shut his eyes tight. So tight he felt as if he would never be able to open them again. But he did. They flew open. His ears perked. The tears stopped. The shaking, the sweating, the racing of his heart. Everything to him seemed to stop. He stared up at the moon which was high in the sky, shining brighter and bigger than ever before. Vertrou breathed lightly. He smiled.

Fenrir never had a real dream, everytime he fell asleep, the night was over in a few seconds. There was nothing just black darkness, he has no dreams and no nightmares, he doesnt even know how that feels.
At once Fenrir woke up, he couldnt sleep anymore, it was very early morning but the large brute was awake but he wasnt the only one. He saw Ominous was near him, it looked like there was no room anymore in the chambers. Fenrir didnt mind, the main area was big enough for three of himself, he gazed at the small silver fae, smiled and made his way outside. This time he kept his head down, to not hit the entrance again. He saw Aurora and Diesel were already outside and something else to, a fluffy pup played with the black brute, Fenrir shook his head, he never saw this pup before. The massive Grey brute made his way to the pup and Diesel, still sleepy he tried to speak normal but he had a deep, rough and bear-like voice, "Hello there, where did you come from?" he asked curious, he sat down, stretched his large body and then added, "I'm Fenrir."

Diesel was bounding around with the small golden timber pup, jumoing up and landing in a bow-position. His large onyx-black pelted build would land upon the cool, dew filled, emerald grass. Once, while jumping into a bow, Diesel lost his talons grip. He slid closer to Genesis, his large humid nose jusr barely touched agianst hers. He froze, with his tail and and alert ears slighty back. He inched backwards away and laughed, Gen's nose was inky-black and as small as a peddle. The energetic he-wolf released playful growls as he rolled around in the moon-lit field.
The moon was going to vanish soon, as well are the stars, and the sky will be a bright pure blue once more. Most of the members were emerging from the pack-size den. Diesel arose from his play bow as the large grey wolf, known as Fenrir, approached. Diesel realized they have not met yet, Diesel released another play growl and tumbled the small golden lass over. He rose up himself and nodded to Fenrir with a smile, them padded over beside the den, taking a seat on the oppposite side of Vertrou.
